Using our own in-house software, we can provide remote assistance with just a few clicks.
The remote connection is temporary, and once the session has ended, no software is left behind, so you have full control and privacy. You can watch us as we take control of your PC or laptop and try to resolve your software issues.
Once completed, we will disconnect the connection and all software will be removed from your PC or laptop automatically.

Remote IT Assistance for Business
As well as the one off services we also offer long term arrangements for businesses.
For our Business clients on remote assistance arrangements or service contracts we offer remote IT assistance on a more permanent basis.
We can install our in house software on all your staff laptops, PC and servers and offer IT support to your staff on either an adhoc basis or as part of a pre paid agreement. For clients who are on a maintenance agreement this comes in handy as we can perform the maintenance out of office hours without the need for anyone to allow us access.

Requirements
- You need a working internet connection on your device.
- You need to be able to load a web-page to access our login system.
- You will need to be able to download and install an app from our support website.
- New customers will be required to pay by paypal or bank transfer after each 1 hour block or if a set fee is agreed then this must be paid before the repair is completed.
- Existing customers will be billed in full after the repair has been completed.
